We Need an ASP Enrichment Coordinator!

DO YOU WANT AWESOME AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS NEXT YEAR?  WE NEED AN ASP ENRICHMENT COORDINATOR!

PTA is in the process of planning for next year’s 2017-18 after school programs.   We have found a vendor, Enrichment Matters, who will manage registration, find providers, and coordinate background checks.  They will also provide an on-site coordinator to be at Eagle View each afternoon.  In order to establish this program, we need an EV ASP Enrichment Coordinator.  This coordinator would not be required to be at Eagle View after school; rather, the ASP Enrichment Coordinator would do the following:

  • Primary point of contact for parents and school staff
  • Liaison with Enrichment Matters
  • Distribute email and fliers
  • Coordinate On Site Volunteers

Do we have any parents interested in being the ASP Enrichment Coordinator next year?  Someone who is organized, communicates effectively, and is committed to supporting after-school programs at Eagle View?  If you are interested, please e-mail Missy Burket.  Thank you!

Teacher Appreciation Week – Volunteers Needed

We can’t wait to #ThankATeacher with you! This year’s theme is “Teachers Deliver.” And they do! Teachers deliver so much to our students—inspiration, motivation and, ultimately, their futures. From May 8-12, 2017, we would like to celebrate teachers and deliver our thanks and gratitude to them.Teachers change the lives of millions of children every day, and their work and impact extends far beyond the boundaries of the classroom. Join us during PTA Teacher Appreciation Week to #ThankATeacher for all that they deliver to our nation’s children.

The PTA is looking for volunteers to help plan and organize delivery of gift and treats throughout the week. Click Link Below to volunteer!
